In a crowded wine market, brands are constantly searching for new ways to stand out and connect with customers. Soul Dog Wines wanted a distinctive way to introduce its story – and its beloved canine mascot – in a way that would surprise audiences and offer an emotional connection to their soul dogs.
Capture
Geminai captured a spontaneous hologram of Shelby, the Soul Dog, in its studio using peanut butter as a methos for getting her to open and close her mouth. AI was then used to give Shelby a human voice, a fun holographic storytelling experience that gave the brand a unique personality. The content blended playful narrative with brand storytelling to introduce this new customizable wine label and premium wine in a memorable way.
Experience
Through Geminai’s life-like holographic display, Shelby appeared in front of guests to share the story behind Soul Dog Wines, creating an unexpected, engaging moment that drew people in and sparked conversation. Two supporting holograms of Shelby with logo and a bottle of wine, and one with four custom labeled bottles, rounded out the campaign. This was introduced successfully at a public event and an influencer event at the Mandarin Oriental Boston Hotel.
